Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Shipping carriers operate independently. Delays caused by weather, carrier interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not guaranteed to qualify for a refund.

11. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are also governed by the CODE Experience Refund Policy displayed on this website.

Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy:

• Opened supplements, wellness products, health products, and research products are not eligible for return due to safety and quality control requirements.
• Digital products, downloadable materials, and accessed digital content are generally not refundable.
• Coaching, membership, and service fees are generally not refundable after the service period has begun.
• Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers must contact CODE Experience within the time period listed in the Refund Policy to report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.

12. Memberships and Subscriptions

Certain products and services may be offered through automatically renewing memberships or subscriptions.

By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize CODE Experience and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account at the stated billing interval until cancellation.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, and included benefits will be disclosed before purchase.

Customers may cancel future renewals through their account when that feature is available or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
